Reverse Mortgage Check is operated by Boss Center AI, Las Vegas, Nevada. It is an independent estimating tool. It is not a lender, a mortgage broker, a housing counselor or a government agency, and it is not affiliated with HUD or FHA.
When ChatGPT calls a Reverse Mortgage Check tool, it sends only the tool inputs: approximate home value, mortgage balance, the homeowner's and spouse's ages, the state, and optional figures such as a monthly care cost or savings, plus yes/no answers about the property. The app never asks for or receives names, addresses, contact details, Social Security numbers or account numbers.
Nothing. Tool inputs are used to calculate the answer and discarded when the response is returned. The app has no database, sets no cookies and does no tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, URL) for security and abuse prevention for up to 30 days; we do not use them to identify anyone.
App results end with an optional link to our contact page. Nothing is sent to that page unless you open the link; the link carries only the state, a short estimate summary, the kind of request and a "chatgpt" source tag. If you submit the form, we collect what you enter (typically name, email, phone, state, home value range, age range, interest and your message) so a licensed reverse mortgage specialist can contact you.

We do not sell personal information. The specialist may be compensated if you later choose to work with them; you are never obligated to.
To see or delete anything you submitted, call (702) 321-6162 or use the contact form and ask for deletion; we respond within 30 days. You can use the app without ever opening the contact link.
The app is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
